Teams and Individuals Welcome!

We offer a variety of leagues for all ages and skill levels! From beginners to premier level athletes, there’s something for everyone! All games are played on our indoor, non-boarded fields in our state of the art climate controlled facility!

Session 1 registration opens no later than September 15th. Session 2 registration opens on November 15th. Teams may participate in one or both sessions. Teams Registered in 1st Session have first right of refusal on the typically sold out 2nd sessions.

We offer an array of ability groupings by sport to allow for a fun and competitive environment.

Session #1 Youth Soccer 7v7 Leagues – Come indoors to our climate controlled year-round facilities. Wide World of Indoor Sports offers youth soccer leagues for all ages and levels of play. Wide World of Indoor Sports is currently celebrating our 17th winter running the deepest, most competitive, best managed youth soccer leagues in the Southern New England. We continue to accommodate the busy schedules of coaches, players and their families with our flexible scheduling TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS AND OUR LEAGUES FILL UP VERY FAST SO REGISTER UP TODAY!

Wide World U5-U8 Winter Academy – The 8-week program for young children is for developing and strengthening basic soccer skills by playing organized games to develop listening skills, balance, ball skills, and coordination. Children will begin to gain self-confidence and independence, preparing them for the next level of our programs. One-Hour Weekday Training Sessions (typically 5PM) are run by our professional coaching staff which includes a one-hour weekend game (Coed U5-U6 Saturdays, U7-U8 Girls-Saturdays, and Boys-Sundays)

Wide World U9-U12 Winter Academy – The 8-week program for players develops and strengthens soccer skills by playing organized games and involved in professional training sessions while developing higher level tactical skills and technical ball skills. Players will gain self-confidence and a creative style of play. One-Hour Weekday Training Sessions are conducted by our professional coaching staff which includes a one-hour 7v7 weekend game U9-U12 Girls-Saturdays, and U9-U12 Boys-Sundays)

Wide World U13-U16 Winter Session – The 8-week program for players develops and strengthens soccer skills to keep the Middle School and High School Player tuned for the Spring Season. One-Hour Weekday Training Sessions are conducted by our professional coaching staff which includes a one-hour 7v7 weekend game (U13-16 Girls-Saturdays, U15-U16 Boys-Saturdays and U13-U14 Boys-Sundays)

Wide World 9v9 U17-U19 SOCCER LEAUGE – New programming for our older youth players! Players will register individually and be placed on requested teams. All team must have a minimum of 16 players. Only eight (8) Boys and eight (8) Girls teams will be created. The session will run between late November 2026 and mid-March 2027 and will include eight (8) games and Playoffs.

U3/U4 WINTER SOCCER ACADEMY

The U3/U4 Winter Soccer Academy at Wide World of Indoor Sports North Smithfield is a fun, positive introduction to soccer for young players. Through age-appropriate games and activities, children will develop basic soccer skills, coordination, balance, confidence, and movement while making new friends. Equipment

All teams are required to wear matching jerseys/t-shirts with numbers, soccer socks and shin guards. Appropriate footwear includes sneakers, turf shoes or cleats with plastic or rubber spikes. No metal spikes permitted.

Eligibility

Each player is required to sign a Wide World of Indoor Sports Waiver. Players are only eligible to play for the teams that they are rostered.
