| INDOOR SPORTS FACILITY TO OPEN IN NORTH KINGSTOWN | ||||
North Kingstown, RI- Wide World of Indoor Sports announces a new location opening in North Kingstown, RI in August of 2012. Programs will be offered for all ages including adult leagues, youth leagues, youth classes, camps, tournaments and birthday parties. Sports offered will include soccer, flag football, field hockey, lacrosse, softball, volleyball, wiffle®ball and many more. Wide World of Indoor Sports South is expected to employ over 85 full and part time employees with the opening of the North Kingstown location. Owners Dan Fawcett and Stephen Sangermano have said the new facility will be similar in design to the Wide World of Indoor Sports North Smithfield location. North Kingstown's 76,000 sq. ft. clear-span complex will offer four non-boarded fields with top-of-the-line turf. This new facility will be located at 215 Romano Vineyard Way in North Kingstown, RI (located within the Quonset Business Park). Wide World of Indoor Sports (WWIS) provides a state of the art training facility for all ages and abilities. WWIS is the only facility in Rhode Island to offer non-boarded fields. The goal at Wide World of Indoor Sports is to provide athletes a place that they can grow to their full potential. -30- |
